Repair Quotes

How it works:

To get a quote, please send in your first and last name (or initial if that’s better for you), email, and as detailed of a description of the damaged item as you can.

You will get an email back from me within 24 hours. If I am not accepting more orders at the moment I will give you an update on when they should be reopened. If I am accepting more orders then I will let you know and ask if you want to send it in. It’s $20 to send an item in (including the prepaid shipping label).

Once an order arrives and I begin working on it, I will take note of everything wrong with it and send an exact itemized quote for parts, labor, shipping, etc. You can either choose to accept the quote, have me fix it and send it back. Or you could deny the quote and I will send the item back with my notes but unrepaired.

If an item is beyond fixing due to my lack of skills or equipment I will send it back and refund your $20 fee. If it is irreparable due to extensive damage you have the option to have me scrap it for you or have me send it back to you. If this is the case you do not get the $20 fee back.
